ARTIST IN THE SPOTLIGHT

From March 29 to May 24, 2026, Martin Terpstra and guest artist Claske van Brenk are the Artists in the Spotlight at the Kunstsuper. The festive opening takes place on Sunday, March 29 at 3:30 PM; both artists will then talk about their work.

We kindly invite you to visit the Kunstsuper in the coming weeks, and to take time to view and enjoy the work on display.

Martin Terpstra
Martin paints the world around him with photographic precision, vibrant colors, and strong contrasts.
He finds his inspiration during walks and bike rides: from a motorcycle to a harbor or a striking portrait.

Claske van Brenk
Claske demonstrates her versatility as a sculptor in stone and ceramics.
Soft, organic forms emerge in soapstone, serpentine, and alabaster, while her ceramics, with their colorful glaze and subtle details, reveal a playful, surprising world.
