Dirk has been painting in Delft for more than 50 years. During this period, he has developed a distinctive style and a deep mastery of his craft. Using a variety of techniques, he creates widely diverse pieces of art, always driven by curiosity and experimentation.

Inspiration
While Nature is a primary source of inspiration, Dirk also finds ideas in art history and the work of fellow artists. His imagination plays a central role, guiding him as he explores new themes or materials.
